India

Well the country has gone to the dogs

There is no other sympathetic earnestness over the same

It took me 9 kms to go and fetch a policeman to help me out with an accident victim

This happened in the heart of bangalore around 1 on a friday night

Yesterday around 1.30 or close to 2 in the night, i see police men standing and directing traffic...(jaws drop on seeing this)

Barely 2kms later a minister's convoy passes my bike and mins after the convoy left, the policemen are gone

Surely this country has gone to the dogs

Policemen can be bought for whatever money you have

Even 10Rs/-, if there is no more money with the person caught by the policeman

We are all witness to a great country going to bins

Its all theatrical to say "No country is perfect, somebody has to work on it to become one"

We cannot work against a system, a system of lethargy on the part of governments

A system of corruption among the people

A system of just about taking everything that is dished towards us

We just cant get this country on road to prosperity again

We can just sit and enjoy the moment as long as it is there

Been an ardent indian so far, but reality stikes and it is hard not to notice it anymore

The auto drivers dont charge you on the meter, when dwelled a bit deep into this discussion one gets to know that

The rules of the game has changed because thats the way people want it

The Auto drivers clearly say it that outsiders who come to this city no more want them to use meters

They want a fixed price, they dont even bother whether the prices being told are more or justified

It's the mistake of the people of india, you and me included for all of us being in this position

Its becoming tiring to live in this country, a country which cannot promise a fear free life to all its people

Well its' disgusting for once
