What is more important in corporate world?
A Great Set of Rules(GSR),
(Or)
A Great Set of People(GSP)...!!!
Its almost sarcastic when i say this that GSP don't believe in rules, cause they believe in their own wishful ways
Now then, the question becomes how to integrate these GSP into a company with GSR
Practically impossible, since there always seems to be a conflict of interest
The interest as in the above sentence would be freedom
The best of the people whom i have known, come across or have seen in life have commanded freedom more than and above everything
But GSR takes away freedom from an individual, as it needs everything to be done as per the written law and everybody comes under this law...:)
How to solve this?
Make's sense..? No......For me too...!
