Guess what a year later it read - José Mourinho knocks out the champions from the Champions League

Can there be any more poetic justice to this

And Inter Milan played like gladiators playing for their life

Barcelona put forth everything at their disposal, but the gladiators of Inter Milan took everything on their chest and still at the end of the day stood tall and proud of what they achieved

It was the most magnificent attack in football going down on its knees after trying everything known to them

Even the world’s best football player could not rescue them

Yet to be seen whether they can prove to be a thorn in his path to Champions League glory

But rumors are rift that Old Trafford would be seeing a change of guard next season and José Mourinho could replace Sir Alex Ferguson

Now would we want this to happen after believing for ages now that Chelsea are our main rivals
