The good times continue

Hi Guys ....






"After one hectic day comes another".






Driven by the hunger for a bigger bite at life,this day too starts of at a slow pace(read...slow means very very slow here)..


The day started off with a Very good friend of mine coming down from Mysore by name chilli(read... Vinay on ur right).

Then waited till SG came,we all had food at home,then started the ride to the end off the day.

We had a great time surfing through the net at home,after having lunch we left home we had to go a gruhapravesham of my friends house (read...Nandeesh alias Ranal ka Rajnikanth).

Its a big house,it seems so good to know tht ppl

(read...friends) can make so much money to

build houses for themselves.

How do they save money is a big question????

I have been trying to do it for more than 4 years now...

But to no avail.

Well anyways the house tht he has built,is very good though the site measurement is just 30x25,it looks spacious inside.

I have seen him run around for various things related to the house,n to see tht the thing u have been running around for a long time now is complete,wonderful,right in front of ur eyes is a big time feeling.

There was a sense of achievement,a sense of pride (the kinda got when u do something like chasing ur dream), a message being told "I have done it", a lingering smile that would have had any girl fall for it.

Anyways after having lunch once more there,it was time to go to "IMTEX".

"IMTEX"

Indian Machine Tool Exhibition.

This time it was conducted in Bangalore.

So after having lunch we decided to go there.It was quite far,but since it comes once in a year n since we are mechanical engineers,we decided to go.

As we reached the place we came to know wht Bangalore is all about.

Hordes of ppl,wherever u see u tend to realize tht this is helluva crowd,and still hundreds and thousands of them are yet to come,n to add insult to injury the vehicles(read....traffic jam),as u neared the venue u could see cars parked both to the right n left of the road,There is no discipline in the way ppl drive or park their vehicles these days(read...coming from a man who breaks rules most of the time).

There are two levels of parking at the venue.

One near the entrance of the exhibition n one near the gate,

If the entrance parking is full there is no other choice than to park at the gate level parking.

From the gate we have o walk at least 10mins. to the registration counter.

Once we reached there(read....Shyam,RP,SG) we filled out forms n went to counters after counters(read... all saying a lame excuse tht "Sir, we are closed cause we have been here since morning.") and after some talks we finally managed to find a way to get in.

We went in & at the very first stall happened to c a Harley Davidson.

Wow!!!

To be very frank it didn't amuse me at all.

It was like looking at just another bike,

but ppl were goin crazy taking pics standing next to it.

Compelled by the emotion,i too took one.

But seeing it now i feel like it was not worth it,just a picture wont justify the kinda vehicle it is,u got to feel,ride it to truly appreciate it...

Then we saw some good machines,we saw a robotic workcell at FANUC.There was an X-gun attached to a robot.There were two robots in tht workcell,one M/H,one Weld.

It was good to watch,

Evn ABB stall had a robotic workcell,but god knows wht those robots were doin.

After seeing that i was pretty adamant on goin to TAEGUTEC stall,cause tht is the first company i worked for n boy how much i miss tht company!!!

RP,SG were busy starring at girls in the next stall....(read...this is top secret)!!

When i went to Taegutec i saw anitha sitting there ,(Anitha...Taegutec receptionist)it has been a long time since i have talked to her,but to my amazement as soon as she saw me she yelled,"Hi, Shyam"

n then u know tht u r famous!!!!

Talked to her for sometime,then spent around 40mins watching at the diff. products tht was put on display at the stall.

They have put mostly inserts tht were being done even during my period of work there.

There were some new ones though,

Spent lot of time thinking how did they manufacture it,wht they would have gone through setting up the machine each time for diff. styles of insert.

It was time up they were closing down at 6 so we came out,n started our way back to raviprasad's sisters reception.

By the time we reached there it was 7.30 in the evening,We went in,Rp bought a bouquet.

We gave the bouquet Rp left cause he had to attend another function.

We had dinner,

I and Sg came back to his room,bought liquor started to drink.

Came back home around 2 in the night,....

The day was fun,informative and relaxing to an extent,

Life is gonna be rhythmic from tomorrow,as we have to hit the desk(read...Office)...
